o treballadores hauran d\u2019haver depositat en el Registre de plans d\u2019igualtat el pla d\u2019igualtat que reculla informaci\u00f3 sobre la composici\u00f3 per sexe de les seues plantilles i sobre els salaris.<\/p>\n<p>Plans d&#8217;igualtat obligatoris per a les empreses de m\u00e9s de 50 treballadors o treballadores El Reial decret llei 6\/2019 (RDL 6\/19) va estendre l\u2019exig\u00e8ncia de redactar un pla d\u2019igualtat a les empreses de cinquanta o m\u00e9s treballadors o treballadores i va establir l\u2019obligaci\u00f3 d\u2019inscriure els plans en un Registre de plans d\u2019igualtat, com a part dels registres de convenis.<\/p>\n<p>El mateix RDL 6\/19 estableix un <strong>calendari per a la creaci\u00f3 i inscripci\u00f3 dels Plans d\u2019Igualtat<\/strong> en funci\u00f3 del nombre de treballadors o treballadores de cada empresa:<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"189\"><u>Des de treballadors-es<\/u><\/td>\n<td href=\"https:\/\/www.igualdadenlaempresa.es\/presentacion\/home.htm\">seua p\u00e0gina web<\/a> informaci\u00f3 i ajuda sobre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.igualdadenlaempresa.es\/\">com ha d\u2019elaborar-se el pla d\u2019igualtat<\/a>i ha posat a la disposici\u00f3 de les empreses un n\u00famero de tel\u00e8fon i uns correus electr\u00f2nics per a consultes: 91 524 68 06 \u2013 <a href=\"mailto:asesoriaie@inmujer.es\">asesoriaie@inmujer.es<\/a> <a href=\"mailto:pdi@inmujer.es\">pdi@inmujer.es.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019incompliment de les obligacions relatives als plans d\u2019igualtat obligatoris (no elaborar-lo o no aplicar-lo) es considera una infracci\u00f3 molt greu en l\u2019ordre social que, a tenor de la Llei sobre Infraccions i Sancions en l\u2019Ordre Social, pot comportar una multa des de 6.251 fins a 187.515 euros, a m\u00e9s de moltes rigoroses sancions access\u00f2ries com la p\u00e8rdua autom\u00e0tica de les ajudes, bonificacions i, en general, dels beneficis derivats de l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 dels programes d\u2019ocupaci\u00f3, amb efectes des de la data en qu\u00e8 es va cometre la infracci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><a
