Xiana M\u00e9ndez B\u00e9rtolo, secret\u00e0ria d\u2019estat de Comer\u00e7. F\u00d2RUM H\u00c0BITAT ESPANYA \u00e9s la resposta que, des de fa temps, els comer\u00e7os de l\u2019h\u00e0bitat (mobles, decoraci\u00f3 i descans) d\u2019Espanya reclamaven.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest F\u00f2rum estan representades les associacions de comerciants de l\u2019h\u00e0bitat d\u2019Espanya, tamb\u00e9 els fabricants, agents comercials, fires sectorials, transportistes, muntadors-es, dissenyadors-es i decoradors-es. Tots els implicats en aquest sector. Durant el temps transcorregut en la parada for\u00e7osa de la pand\u00e8mia, hem sigut essencials per a les persones i hem oferit un servei imprescindible per a elles a les seues llars. En els primers mesos de la crisi sanit\u00e0ria, hem estat en contacte amb les diferents administracions nacionals i auton\u00f2miques i els hem presentat propostes concretes per a activar el consum que tanta falta fa per al manteniment de les empreses i la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 estable.<\/p>\n<p>Aquestes mesures extraordin\u00e0ries es fonamenten en incentius mitjan\u00e7ant deduccions fiscals i reducci\u00f3 de l\u2019IVA com a pla de reactivaci\u00f3. Estan basades en les experi\u00e8ncies d\u2019altres pa\u00efsos o de comunitats que com el Pa\u00eds Basc o Extremadura han posat en marxa i de les quals traiem les conclusions necess\u00e0ries per a donar suport a les propostes.<br \/>\nEs resumeixen en:<br \/>\n1. Pla de renovaci\u00f3 de mobiliari de llar.<br \/>\n2. Incentius fiscals extraordinaris (bonusmobili).<br \/>\n3. Reducci\u00f3 del tipus d\u2019IVA per a moblar el 1r habitatge.<br \/>\n4. Campanya nacional de publicitat que incentive el consum de mobiliari de llar.<\/p>\n<p>A aquestes accions puntuals, caldr\u00e0 afegir una important campanya per a millorar el consum amb la posada en valor del moble espanyol comprat en comer\u00e7os de proximitat. mb tres objectius concrets: iniciar, implementar i desenvolupar la digitalitzaci\u00f3 de les nostres botigues i aplicar de manera creixent els plans per a una vertadera \u201ceconomia circular\u201d, treballant en la sostenibilitat energ\u00e8tica. La reuni\u00f3 per videoconfer\u00e8ncia ha servit per a agrair per part de F\u00d2RUM H\u00c0BITAT ESPANYA el suport rebut des de la Secretaria d\u2019Estat de Comer\u00e7 durant la pand\u00e8mia i per a traslladar la necessitat d\u2019una major implicaci\u00f3 del Ministeri en la proposta d\u2019una campanya publicit\u00e0ria que mostre la import\u00e0ncia de la llar i dels mobles com a origen del confort amb un estil de vida saludable i sostenible. Des de la Secretaria d\u2019Estat de Comer\u00e7, s\u2019ha valorat el bon fer i la seguretat que aporta aquest sector, com s\u2019ha demostrat en els mesos passats durant les fases i la desescalada. En concret, es destaca com un bon exemple a seguir per altres sectors, el bon servei que el comer\u00e7 tradicional ofereix, tan valorat pels clients, aix\u00ed com la qualitat del moble, amb fabricaci\u00f3 nacional i venda de proximitat. A m\u00e9s, la Sra. Xiana M\u00e9ndez B\u00e9rtolo proposar\u00e0, en previsi\u00f3 de possibles nous confinaments, que s\u2019estudie l\u2019ampliaci\u00f3 del cat\u00e0leg dels b\u00e9ns que es consideren de primera necessitat de manera que abaste tamb\u00e9 el gran consum, per la qual cosa gran part de l\u2019equipament de les llars, inclosos mobles, hi quedarien inclosos.
